HOW TO ORDER

1. Select hat color from the drop-down. All colors/styles are shown in a photo in our listing.

2. Enter your patch text in the "Add your personalization" box or see #3 below.

3. Please send us a message including your logo file via Etsy conversation

4. Please ask if you want proof of your design before production. Otherwise, if you send a logo, we will make it "AS IS" to speed the production.

NOTE:

Leather Patches are bonded to all hats **not stitched on** We use a powerful leather bonding.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final since they are personalized and handmade. However, if your order has an error or defect, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and full product inspection.
